You will be submitting FOUR IMAGES total - 1 in your singlet and 3 in your warm up.
1. Images are in order of First Name!
2. Please submit only (1) ONE! - BANNER SELECTION - From Images In Singlet/Close up* and also (3) THREE! - TEAM COMPOSITE options with Warm Up!
The Poster is for the composite design with all athletes. I need 3 possible options to design from to ensure they aren't all doing the same thing. **ONLY submit options you are 100% fine with being used on the poster as I cannot change after design as they are composited according to all of the selections sent in. Please select at least 1 of 3 turned a different direction. Again, poster images may not be changed after final design. Only submit 3 options you are good with being used.
Banner Images may not be changed after the final design process without a MIN $35 additional charge. Posters CANNOT change image selections after design. Be sure to have all decision makers in agreement before submitting the online form for ANY and ALL selections sent for banners and for posters.
3. Images have not yet been retouched, but will be for final poster/banner designs regarding blemishes and shine. HOWEVER, if you have any special retouching requests, there is a space for that. (**within reason: we do not do extensive custom retouching on these such as braces removal, hair color changes, uniform color changes, etc.) Otherwise, add your note under "Make a Note" in your cart. ****Be sure to click on UPDATE NOTE or it will not save.*** Request for special retouching AFTER poster/banner has been designed will incur a MINIMUM $35 charge.
4. There is no extra charge for the poster/banner image selection item for the specific purpose of the banner design however this does not include any digital files for personal use.
Digital Images may be purchased from this session from any of your images for uses such as media day posts, personal printing, social media athlete awards/commitments/etc., or to create fatheads/yardsigns, senior night gifts, etc. We do not offer fat heads, please look up a local printer vendor, ETSY, or Fathead.com. They will be added to a solid gray, white, or black background based on the image for digital orders from greenscreen images.
5. You will receive a digital proof via text of your final banner design to the number listed on your online submission form.
6. Also available in your gallery are add-on personal sized 12x18 posters (set of 2) from your Final Banner Design for friends and family.Be sure to order the 12x18 posters from your same (1) Banner Design Image Selection!
Please order these if you would like by the time your banner is approved to avoid additional shipping charges.
7. Please have final banner selection and any add on orders in by midnight on Wednesday 12/24. I will be working on these over the holiday and will be in touch via team rep to proof the poster and individually with each family to proof banners.
Feel free to text with questions, but DO NOT text selections as we will need final form sent through the gallery for tracking, organizing, and confirmed information.
