1. Images are in order of First Name!
2. Please submit only (1) "INDIVIDUAL BANNER SELECTION". TAL does not need item for "Team Composite" so disregard that option.
3.Images may not be changed after the final design process without a MIN $45 additional charge, so be sure to have all decision makers in agreement before submitting the online form for ANY and ALL selections sent for banners and if applicable for posters.
4. Images have not yet been retouched, but will be for final poster/banner designs. However, if you have any special retouching requests (within reason: we do not do extensive custom retouching on these such as braces removal, hair color changes, uniform color/number changes, etc.) .. add that under "Make a Note" in your cart. ****Be sure to click on UPDATE NOTE or it will not save!!***
Request for special retouching after poster/banner has been designed will incur a MIN $45 charge as we have to start over!!
5. There is no extra charge for the banner image selection item for the specific purpose of the banner design, however this does not include any digital files for personal use.
Digital Images may be purchased from this session from any of your images for uses such as media day posts, personal printing, social media athlete awards/commitments/etc., or to create fatheads/yardsigns, senior night gifts, etc. We do not offer fatheads, however most order a digital file through us and have a fathead created through a local printer vendor, ETSY, or Fathead.com.
Ordered Digital Files will be placed on a solid gray, white, or black background based on the image lighting for digital orders from greenscreen images.
6. You will receive a digital proof via text of your final banner design to approve final spelling and information.
7. Also available in your gallery are add-on personal sized 12x18 posters (set of 2) from your Final Banner Design for friends and family.Be sure to order the 12x18 posters from your same (1) Banner Design Image Selection!
Please order these if you would like by the time your banner is approved to avoid additional shipping charges.
8. Please have final banner selection and any add on orders in by Tuesday 12/23/25 by midnight.
Feel free to text with questions, but do not text selections as we will need final form sent through the gallery for tracking, organizing, and confirmed information.
