Oklahoma Charge Volleyball Portrait Sign Up & Digital Access Package

I understand a link will be provided via email for a download site with a limited time frame of 30 days once posted to download my images. Link will be provided within 1-2 weeks following my athlete's session. Digital Package Purchase is required for my athlete to be included in the team and individual professional portrait session. My purchase will include a print and web use release in the download gallery - permission from the photographer to print and post online. I understand I need to save this document for potential printing purposes.
General Copyright & Usage: Federal Law prohibits unauthorized reproduction of any portrait work and is fine-able up to $150,000. You may not scan copy, reprint, post online, remove from website or blog, or enter any image from Photographic Designs into a contest without written permission from the photographer. Photographic Designs owns the copyright of all images taken during a session. Copyright Release for web use, social media, and print is included with this Digital Package Purchase specifically for your athlete and your athlete's team image. We reserve the right to use the images for display, publication, website, or any other marketing purpose. Should I prefer to not have my athlete's images used in this manner, I must submit my preferences to Photographic Designs in writing so that they may keep it on file.
