Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that some athletes have been screenshotting & removing our previous subtle watermarks from the higher quality online proof galleries without purchase. Due to this, we must reduce the size of proofs & increase necessary watermark. You can see your athlete's individual image expression by zooming in on your phone. We are unable to remove watermarks without purchase due to dishonestly of a few. Please note that we do guarantee the quality of your final athlete's ordered individual portraits! Eyes are open for all athletes in group images.
1. FIND YOUR ATHLETE: Individuals are named by last name.
2. MEMORY MATES: will have the traditional smiling team image only, along with your athlete selected individual image.
Memory mates are available as 8x10 traditional photographic print. ORDER MEMORY MATES WITH AN INDIVIDUAL ATHLETE IMAGE ONLY! DO NOT ORDER WITH A TEAM IMAGE!
**If ordered with a team image, we will select the individual. Order any additional group poses (ex: non smiling, funny group, etc.) as separate prints/products.
3. DIGITAL FILES: are priced PER IMAGE. Digital Packs are discounted for same athlete purchase.
**Digital Files may be used for personal print and web use. Close Ups are recommended for digital purchase with us if you plan to do a fathead from it for most sharpness and clarity. We do not offer Fatheads. We recommend going through Fathead.com, Etsy, or local sign print shops.
4. RETOUCHING: Light retouching for blemishes and shine will be done. Excessive retouching such as braces removal, jersey number changes, etc. are not available.
5. PACKAGES: Mix & match your pose choices and products. Minimum of $24 order per athlete.
6. PRINTS/PRODUCTS: SCROLL DOWN for product options on a phone!
7. TURN AROUND TIME: 1-2 weeks for digital orders & 2-3 weeks for print/product orders FOLLOWING THE FINAL DEADLINE OF YOUR TEAM's GALLERY. *Digital Files are NOT INSTANT and require several steps for completion after the order is submitted. We are not able to RUSH Digital Files.
8. TEAM ORDER DEADLINE: 04/07 at midnight.
9. ORDER FROM ONE GALLERY: Please do not place orders split between galleries for multiple reasons. Do not combine orders from other galleries.
