Studio Session: 1 athlete, 1 uniform, 1 background choice.  *Digital Files are purchased in addition to this session fee.*

 $850 base session fee 1-10 people. $85/per additional athlete in session. All access digital pass to all final photographer selected images (approx. 25+).  Indoor or Outdoor Sport facility must be provided with all permissions and bookings completed by client for session use. Separate contract must be signed prior to purchase.  + $17 (2% = portion of card processing charge). Tax will be added upon checkout.

One Archive Sale Special PER SESSION! If you have a Newborn 2022 and a One Year 2023, you would purchase quantity of TWO Archive specials.

Digital File Backups are available for all sessions completed prior to 12/31/2024 *Session must have been photographed prior to this date) at the special rate of $99 +tax. 

The Backup Folder will include PREVIOUSLY ORDERED IMAGES ONLY. Any images previously ordered in print or product format will be in the folder. Non ordered images will not be in the folder.

*DOWNLOAD FOLDER, once activated, will ONLY BE ACTIVE FOR 30 DAYS. Be sure to save the files to your own personal drives and back up systems! Please allow 7-10 days for your link to be emailed.

On-Location Family Session Fee. (up to 6 people.)

- Large Families over 6 require a $65 upgrade. - Holiday Timeframe requires $100 upgrade.

- 15-20 Min. Studio Individual HEAD & SHOULDERS Business Portrait Session. Individual Headshots only and/or Business Partners.

- Copyright Released files purchased in addition $50/ea.
- Includes Password Protected Webgallery for ordering images.

In-Studio Business Portrait Session (Small Group Individual Headshots only for 3-5 people at same session block - Please select add on session fee option)
- 45-60 Min. Studio Individual Head & Shoulders Business Portrait Session 
- 1 Background Choice for session block/1 Outfit  - Copyright Released files purchased in addition $50/ea.

   *Due to surprise baby showers and those who prefer to present a gift at the time of an event, we DO NOT send out notifications of purchased credit to the client! 

   *Please do not leave messages for the client in your order notes as they will not receive those.  We recommend writing those greetings/wishes in a card with a notation of  your gift or including a copy of your email receipt within a card to mail or email forward, or personally give to the client at their shower.
