Images are in order of FIRST NAME. Images have NOT YET been retouched but will be for final selections/orders. There is a space for special request retouching at the end of your form submission if needed.
1. Please submit (THREE - FOUR) Image choices under "POSTER Selection". ONLY submit 3-4 poses you are 100% happy with being used on the poster! It is a puzzle to put everyone together well. I need 3-4 options for each athlete for best results. One of those will be used in the final design and can not be swapped later. (Shoes will not show in final design for MCA Baseball)
2. Images MAY NOT be changed after the final submission. Changing one image out later is a domino effect as then someone else's image no longer works. Again, only send selections you are happy with being used on the poster. We will not be able to change out images once design is done.
3. Images will be retouched for final poster. However, if you have any special retouching requests, add that under "Make a Note" in your cart. ****Be sure to click on UPDATE NOTE or it will not save.***
IF YOU HAVE A RETOUCHING REQUESTS THIS IS THE TIME. ADD THE NOTE WITH THIS ONLINE SUBMISSION BEFORE BANNER IS DESIGNED. We do not adjust retouching request after poster has been designed.
4. There is no charge for the image selection item for the specific purpose of the design. However, this does NOT include digital file personal use of any individual selections.
Digital Images may be purchased from this session from any of your images for uses such as media day posts, personal printing, social media athlete awards/commitments/etc., or to create FATHEADS/yardsigns, senior night gifts, etc. You must purchase the DIGITAL FILE images from your selection if you want them for these purposes other than the final banner design. We do not currently offer fatheads, but many order digital files from us and then order their own fathead through fathead.com or Etsy or some local signage print shops offer them as well.
