Images are in order of FIRST NAME. Images have NOT YET been retouched but will be for final selections/orders. There is a space for special request retouching at the end of your form submission if needed.
1. Please submit (ONE) Image choice under "Banner Selection". Poster Selection item is only for composite team posters which MCA Basketball is not doing, so please do not use that item for anything.
2. Images may not be changed after the final submission/design process without a $35 additional charge, so be sure to have all decision makers in agreement before submitting the online form for your selection sent for banner.
3. Images will be retouched for final banner design. However, if you have any special retouching requests, add that under "Make a Note" in your cart. ****Be sure to click on UPDATE NOTE or it will not save.*** IF YOU HAVE A RETOUCHING REQUESTS THIS IS THE TIME, ADD THE NOTE WITH THIS SUBMISSION BEFORE BANNER IS DESIGNED. DO NOT ASK AFTER BANNER IS DESIGNED AS THIS IS SEVERAL STEPS BACKWARDS AND WE WILL NEED TO CHARGE ADDITIONAL FEES ACCORDINGLY.
Banners stages: Pull Selected Images, Retouch/Edits, Resize Image, Cut Out Individual, Create Designs/Layouts/Blending, Resize for Proofing, Send Individual Proofs via text. **Retouching additional elements on an image after final proof is sent is several steps back and will also incur a $35 additional charge.**
4. There is no charge for the image selection item for the specific purpose of the design. However, this does NOT include digital file personal use of any individual selections.
Digital Images may be purchased from this session from any of your images for uses such as media day posts, personal printing, social media athlete awards/commitments/etc., or to create FATHEADS/yardsigns, senior night gifts, etc. You must purchase the DIGITAL FILE images from your selection if you want them for these purposes other than the final banner design. We do not currently offer fatheads, but many order digital files from us and then order their own fathead through fathead.com or Etsy or some local signage print shops offer them as well.
5. You will receive a 5x7 sized digital proof of your final banner via text for approval of spelling and info on the phone number entered on the submission form.
6. Also available in your gallery are identical add-on personal sized 12x18 posters (set of 2) from your Final Banner Design for friends and family. Be sure to order the 12x18 posters from your SAME BANNER IMAGE SELECTION ONLY if you would like to add these as an order.
*Please order these if you would like by the time your banner is approved to avoid shipping charges. Digital files will be available to order while gallery is up.
