Images are sorted by JERSEY NUMBER so you can find your athlete easily.1. Please Read All Important Information... it will definitely answer 99% of questions and avoid order mistakes. =)
2. Also, please screenshot your confirmation of you order at the end of the process if you would like a confirmation. You will receive a brief screen confirmation that your order was placed once completed.
3. MEMORY MATE ORDERS will have *Full Middle School Team - SMILING*. We are unable to customize change out options on Memory Mates. Memory mates are available as 8x10 traditional print or 8x10 beveled plaque. Be sure to order with a vertical INDIVIDUAL image please of your athlete! DO NOT ORDER WITH A TEAM IMAGE - you will select this from the drop down menu! Select MCA HS TRACK from the drop down. **If ordered with a team image, we will select the individual.
Please order any additional poses as separate prints/products or opt for the Side by Side Product for an individual & group image of your choosing instead if you prefer an image other than the Smiling Team Image.
4. Digital files are NOW available from ALL image options. Digital File Purchases are PER IMAGE. There are also discounted options for a multi-image Digital Packages.**Digital Files may be used for personal print and web use. Close Ups are recommended for digital purchase if intending to use for ordering a fathead at some point.
5. ALL ORDERED IMAGES WILL BE VERY LIGHTLY RETOUCHED FOR FINAL ORDERS. (specifically: Noticeable Blemishes & Excess Shine). Images will also be cropped correctly for final product/size, etc. DO NOT ADD CROP Notes. Images are often photographed further out than necessary with cropping for products in mind. (Team Images may or may not be cropped due to team size.)
6. There are no set packages, feel free to mix and match your pose choices with each item purchased as you would like. There is a minimum of $24 to create an order for each athlete.
7. Shipping is only the online default and while it is optional if you prefer shipping directly to your home, there is another choice available to select at the end of your order process for free for Sports Teams which consist of optional studio pick up and then delivery to school athletic department.
